Welcome
I am interested in the evolution of populations occurring in deep time as observed through genetic data. As such, my approach liesĀ at the crossroad of empirical genetics and simulation-based methods. Previously, as part of the Kemp Lab at WSU, I specialized in the generationĀ and analysis of ancient DNA data (aDNA). Currently, as part of the Schraiber Lab at Temple University, I focus on mathematical and statistical approaches applied to genome-wide data, including ancient genome data.
