DESCRIPTION:The Department of Physics and Astronomy and the OPTICA-SPIE student chapter at WSU are pleased to announce the colloquium featuring Dr. Mário Ferreira on February 10th\, 2022.  Dr. Ferreira is a professor at the University of Aveiro (Lisbon) in the Department of Physics and at I3N — the Institute of Nanostructures\, Nanomodelling and Nanofabrication.  A question and answer panel will be held from 11:00AM to 12:00 PM.  The colloquium time will be held from 12:10–1:00 PM\, all over zoom.  We invite you to join us in welcoming Dr. Ferreira and learning from him.  Abstract and bio listed here: ABSTRACT_WSU_2022.
