Herriott, &#8217;52 DVM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>August 5, 1921 &#8211; July 28, 2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robert Laurence Herriott DVM of Shoreline, WA passed away on 7\/28\/14 at his son&#8217;s home, after a short illness. He was born in Haines, Oregon and grew up in Everett, WA. He was a lieutenant while serving in WW II. He met and married Simone Azoulay, the love of his life in 1945. He returned to college and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in the early 50&#8217;s. He practiced in the Seattle area until he retired in 1983. A lover of poetry, family and gardening he spent his retirement doing what he loved. He is survived by his son Alain (and wife Jody); grandson Morgan (and wife Lia); grandson Forrest and great granddaughter Inara. He was with the entire family when he passed in Talent, OR. There will be no service.
