amna.khanToday the Mars Rover and Members of the Engineering Club were present at the Aerospace Futures Alliance (AFA) of Washington Summit at the Lynnwood Convention Center. They were great speakers from Boeing, Spike Aerospace, ElectroImpact Inc., Everett Community College, and many more. Our Governor of Washington State, Jay Inslee, was there speaking about the benefits of the aerospace industry has on our economy and the need to expand. It was an awesome experience and a great way to meet people from the aerospace, manufacturing and engineering industry. Thank you for having us!!

On top of this awesome news our Team Lead for the Soil Analysis, Phil Engel, was awarded the John Barranca Award for best science presentation, knowledge, and well respected individual. Fantastic job Phil!
