I started the DVM program on the Pullman campus as a member of the class of 2029. Even though I am only one year into the program, it&#8217;s been a joy to both struggle and succeed with my cohort. I am really looking forward to getting to work with them in the future in events like the <a href=\"https:\/\/vetmed.wsu.edu\/education\/dvm\/discover-our-program\/curriculum\/diagnostic-challenge\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/vetmed.wsu.edu\/education\/dvm\/discover-our-program\/curriculum\/diagnostic-challenge\/\">Diagnostic Challenge<\/a> and as we move toward our clinical year.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-accordion\">\r\n    <h3 id=\"unique-id-1__73381\" class=\"wsu-accordion__title\">\r\n        <button class=\"wsu-accordion__title-button wsu-accordion--toggle\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"unique-id-1__content\">What is your best advice for incoming students?<\/button>\r\n    <\/h3>\r\n    <div id=\"unique-id-1__content\" class=\"wsu-accordion__content\" aria-labelledby=\"unique-id-1__73381\">\r\n        <div class=\"wsu-accordion__content-inner\">\r\n            \n\n<p>Just relax. You can enjoy things in your personal life and still be a good student. Even though you&#8217;ll likely feel the pressure to constantly be studying, I would suggest learning how to prioritize the things you care about now so that as you continue in the veterinary program &#8211; and even after &#8211; you will already be in the habit of pursuing your non vet med related passions. Also, find ways to enjoy the education you&#8217;re getting! This might look like getting yourself little rewards for reaching studying goals or finding fun ways to learn content with friends.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-accordion\">\r\n    <h3 id=\"unique-id-1__62454\" class=\"wsu-accordion__title\">\r\n        <button class=\"wsu-accordion__title-button wsu-accordion--toggle\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"unique-id-1__content\">Club opportunities are:<\/button>\r\n    <\/h3>\r\n    <div id=\"unique-id-1__content\" class=\"wsu-accordion__content\" aria-labelledby=\"unique-id-1__62454\">\r\n        <div class=\"wsu-accordion__content-inner\">\r\n            \n\n<p>So diverse! There are clubs for most areas of interest ranging from One Health, Integrative Medicine, to Feline only and Small Ruminant Club. I am almost certain that there will be a club for you here at WSU!
