I started the DVM program on the Utah campus as a member of the class of 2027. Our professors, advisors, and guest speakers all care so much about our learning process and giving us tools to improve our learning. I have never been to a program that cares more about feedback and bettering themselves. Our program also puts a lot of emphasis on mental health and the various resources available for people struggling. At WSU, I\u2019ve never felt like I was in a toxic or competitive environment concerning academics. My class, as well as other classes all seem very inclusive.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-accordion\">\r\n    <h3 id=\"unique-id-1__99079\" class=\"wsu-accordion__title\">\r\n        <button class=\"wsu-accordion__title-button wsu-accordion--toggle\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"unique-id-1__content\">What is your best advice for incoming students?<\/button>\r\n    <\/h3>\r\n    <div id=\"unique-id-1__content\" class=\"wsu-accordion__content\" aria-labelledby=\"unique-id-1__99079\">\r\n        <div class=\"wsu-accordion__content-inner\">\r\n            \n\n<p>My best advice would be to remember your boundaries and prioritize balance! Your first year can feel like a lot from meeting new people, learning a whole lot of new material, and potentially joining clubs or starting a new job. Remember to ground yourself with your hobbies and keep in touch with your loved ones.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-accordion\">\r\n    <h3 id=\"unique-id-1__67463\" class=\"wsu-accordion__title\">\r\n        <button class=\"wsu-accordion__title-button wsu-accordion--toggle\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"unique-id-1__content\">How do you maintain your school\/life balance?<\/button>\r\n    <\/h3>\r\n    <div id=\"unique-id-1__content\" class=\"wsu-accordion__content\" aria-labelledby=\"unique-id-1__67463\">\r\n        <div class=\"wsu-accordion__content-inner\">\r\n            \n\n<p>Although difficult, the best way to maintain balance is to stay on top of school work. Go to lecture, designate time to study, and go to professors or friends for help if you need it.
