Radiology club is for anyone and everyone who is interested in learning more about the use of radiographs, CT, MRI and ultrasound within veterinary medicine! It provides a fantastic opportunity for first through third year vet students to use the knowledge they have gained form their courses to help interpret different radiographic findings associated with various conditions during the interactive case studies discussed during club meetings. Radiology club often partners with other clubs within the college of veterinary medicine to ensure that a wide variety of species and topics are covered during lunch lectures. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n

Radiology club provides a safe and fun learning environment for vet students to interact with clinicians from both within and outside of WSU, as they work through challenging case studies that they may not otherwise get a lot of exposure to within their traditional courses. It also allows vet students the chance to put their anatomy knowledge to use, as well as begin to get a feel for what normal vs. abnormal looks like on different diagnostic imaging modalities. If nothing else, radiology club provides yummy food for a stress-free lunch break for vet students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
