In-person visits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our program offers general tours of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital <\/a>on most Fridays throughout the year. You may also register for a 30-minute meeting with a member of the admissions team. Currently offered applicants should contact the admissions team directly to schedule a campus visit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-veterinary clubs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Contact our DVM admissions team<\/a> for a campus visit or a virtual question and answer panel with current DVM student ambassadors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virtual advising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Applicants should thoroughly review our website before requesting individual advising. Our admissions requirements page<\/a> clearly outlines the admissions process and criteria for our program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you still need additional assistance, please complete the Individual Advising Request<\/a> to help us better address your needs as a prospective applicant. The admissions staff will only review your survey response, application reviews are not provided. Most requests will receive an email response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meetings are offered on a limited basis to individuals with extenuating circumstances that would benefit from one-on-one advising with a member of the admissions team. High school (or younger) students should reach out to pre-health or pre-veterinary advisors for support. Prerequisite and\/or course\/transcript evaluations are not provided.<\/p>\n\n\n

Veterinary Teaching Hospital tours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Take a tour of the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital to get a behind-the-scenes look. Tours are led by current veterinary students. You may also register for a 30-minute admissions meeting prior to the tour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When<\/strong>: Fridays from 12 \u2013 1 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tours are limited to six people. Each participant must register independently. Group hospital tours are not available due to limited staffing.  <\/p>\n\n\n
