*Students who attend the Pullman campus for year 1 as nonresidents have the opportunity to establish Washington residency and pay in-state tuition for years 2 – 4. To be eligible for residency conversion, students must complete the requirements outlined by the WSU residency office.

To be eligible for residency conversion, students must complete the requirements outlined by the WSU residency office including living in Washington for one full year.
