January 2025

  • January 22: VMCAS Application opens

May 2025

  • May 8: VMCAS school designation available

September 2025

  • September 2: Residency certification deadline for Idaho and Montana
  • September 15: WICHE certification deadline. DVM applicants are strongly encouraged to certify before this deadline
  • September 15: VMCAS application due at 11:59PM Eastern Time

November 2025

  • November 18-19: Montana resident interviews | Bozeman, MT
    • Admissions decisions released 2-3 weeks after interviews

January 2026

  • Mid-end of January: admissions decisions released for WICHE and nonresident applicant pools
  • January 28-30: Washington resident interviews | Pullman, WA
    • Admissions decisions released 2-3 weeks after interviews

February 2026

  • February 3-4: Idaho resident interviews | Pullman, WA
    • Admissions decisions released 2-3 weeks after interviews

April 2026

  • April 15: Deadline to accept or decline offer

June 2026

  • June 1: Priority transcript deadline

August 2026

  • August 3: Final transcript deadline
  • August 17-20: Orientation week
  • August 20: White Coat Ceremony
  • August 24: First day of classes
