Amazing! They are very approachable and always willing to help. They want each and every one of us vet students to succeed, so they are eager to assist in any way they possibly can.
Pretty easy! There are multiple bus routes running throughout the day that go through campus, downtown and to the grocery stores. There is a phone app that shows you each of the different bus routes, as well as when the next bus is due to arrive at a bus stop. The best part of public transportation in Pullman is that it is FREE for all WSU students.
My best advice to incoming students is don’t forget to be human. What I mean by that is vet school can be very overwhelming at first, but you have the time to do the stuff you love to do outside of veterinary medicine. Just remember to take time for yourself every now and then to continue doing the hobbies you had prior to starting vet school.
