In the DC program, student assessment is provided by DC Clients and Facilitators in the forms of oral and written feedback, and our students are HUNGRY<\/strong> for it! They want to know from you how well they interacted and communicated, how you think they handled their case, and specific ways they might improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training module, therefore, is designed to help you know what to look for, how to document those observations, and finally, how to synthesize and deliver your insights as specific, constructive critique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
