Working in a team is a daily part of life in almost any medical setting.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For these reasons, we believe that team training and interpersonal feedback<\/strong> are integral components to the DC exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research indicates that the best way to learn interpersonal skills is through constructive input provided by the people you work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these exercises, you will receive a feedback\/feedforward assessment from your client and your facilitator, as well as your peers. This is the equivalent of what is called “360\u00b0 Feedback” in the business realm. The purpose of this method is to help you understand how others perceive your strengths and weaknesses. This process can help you learn where you excel and identify what you need to improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of us have the capacity to improve our skills by learning more about how we impact others and work in a team.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n
