Ever since my father took me to the end of the landing strip in the small Alaskan town of Barrow, Alaska to watch airplanes take off and land, I have been amazed by airplanes. With the inspiration to someday work on aircrafts, partnered with my passion for math and science, I knew that engineering was something that I was incredibly passionate about. I am currently a mechanical engineering student here at WSU planning to emphasize in aerospace. I am excited to be a part of the first WSU Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition team, and look forward to the competition in June!
Senior in Mechanical Engineering here! Helicopters, Rockets, Airplanes, basically anything that flies and i have a passion for it. Rockets are an up and coming career in the tech sector as a result of the privatization of space flight. In the next 5 years i hope to be involved in that sector.
Currently i am involved in the H2 Refuel team as well as Projects within the aerospace club. I am doing undergrad research on vortex tubes in the HYPER lab this semester as well as taking my senior engineering classes. I am very excited for what we are going to accomplish this year.
